Lately, I've been craving something sour, and since I’m in the mood to cook, I’ve decided to make a dish that everyone loves: Sinigang sa Miso. This time, I’m using a salmon head to keep it healthier. It’s a comforting meal perfect for preparing for the whole family this weekend!
Ingredients:
Oil, for sauteing
4 thumb Ginger
2 pcs. Tomatoes, sliced
2 pcs. Onions, sliced
Salt
120g. Miso paste
3L Water
1 pc. Radish, sliced
7 pcs. Okra
2 pcs. Green chili
1 pack Maggi Magic Sarap
1.5 kg. Salmon head
1 bunch Mustard Leaves
4 Tbsp. Tamarind powder
Fish sauce, to taste
