Friends, today I will tell you about a very, very old recipe for bread with the intriguing name "Heaven in the Mouth". It has been one of my favorite apple pies for many years now . In the difficult 90s, this pie was always on our festive table, because it is easy to prepare. from completely affordable products, and it turns out mega tasty. It's even hard to believe that such deliciousness can come out of such simple products. Most likely, this ancient name platka indicates that the platka will be very, very delicate, soft and fluffy, like the softest cloud. And so it is in reality. This patch becomes especially tender after a day of infusing in the refrigerator. It is after a day that all the cakes are completely saturated with apple cream, and the cake can be eaten with your lips. I strongly recommend preparing such a dish for yourself and your relatives. 2 eggs
140 g of butter (margarine)
35 g of sour cream with a fat content of 20 percent
