On Friday morning at the 2015 Games, the CrossFit community was given the opportunity to choose the event that would take place that evening. The choice: Add more weight or add more rounds to the Hero workout DT. After a voting period on Twitter, Heavy DT was chosen, increasing the men's weight from 155 to 205 pounds, and the women's weight from 105 to 145 pounds.

9 hang power cleans
6 push jerks

♀ 145 lb. ♂ 205 lb.
