Complete coverage of Event 10 from the Men's and Women’s Individual competitions at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, TX. As the closing workout of the weekend, the mysterious Event 10 was finally revealed to be "Heavy Grace," a challenge that was simple on the surface but very complex in action. The athletes had to complete 30 Clean & Jerks (225LB men / 165LB women) as quickly as possible, but the real strategy was in pacing one's self vs. pushing to the finish.

On the women's side, the final leaderboard was far from a foregone conclusion, but Laura Horvath rebounded from a tough start to the day by showing the form that helped her dominate much of the weekend. The question was, would Annie Thorisdottir and Emma Lawson hold on to their podium spots? For the men, Justin Medeiros needed a strong effort to defend his title; a few reps and a few seconds would make all the difference for those chasing him, including Pat Vellner, Chandler Smith, and Jeffrey Adler.
