55tph heavy mineral zircon processing plant in Yemen, the plant adopts the gravity separation process. First, the coarse sand, shells, branches and other impurities are screened out by the trommel screen. The ore under the sieve of 2mm is sent to the spiral chute for multiple separation by the slurry pump. The concentrate obtained goes to the high intensity magnetic separator to separate the ilmenite, and the tailing enters the shaking table for heavy mienrals (zircon, rutile, monazite) concentration. The whole dressing process is simple and scientific, the connection is reasonable and unobstructed, the operation is convenient and easy, and the customer's predetermined target is well achieved.
