The HMG emplacement is SEVERELY underrated as a stratagem and is often overlooked for more “meta” options. But I’m here to tell y’all this is one of the best stratagems in the game when you put it in the right spot. There is just no substitute for 150 rounds of accurate heavy machine gun fire that can pierce all but the heaviest armor. When combined with the Diligence Counter Sniper, Autocannon, Autocannon sentry, and a little help from Eagle1 you have yourself a loadout that can take on a planet full of bots.

This loadout also has the benefit of being flexible. You can easily slot in your favorite stratagems and weapons with the HMG emplacement and still be incredibly effective, but I wanted to learn into that engineer role. Hope y’all enjoy.
