Focus on what you are feeling as you move, don’t rush, take your time, and way to go doing something for you

In terms of reps and numbers 8 always love focusing of the movement and what I’m feeling. Sometimes I set a timer or a minute and most times I just flow and do what feels good.

The body is so amazing and has so many different connections. The pelvic floor can be connected to hips, spine, feet, stress, and more

I love sequences like these because they tap into so many of these connections while we explore and become aware of our movements.

Plus they are so more effective in building pelvic floor strength and helping to heal the core than just squeezing and doing kegels

What we do on the mat can help translate off the mat to all of our movements during the day!
