U.S. Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez suggested Thursday that Biden shouldn't just drop out of the race, he should resign. Hers has been the most severe statement thus far, but Oregon's U.S. Rep. Earl Blumenauer has also called for Biden to make way for another candidate.
