We live in an off grid cabin FULL TIME and my husband does shiftwork. He's away for weeks at a time, so I'm solely responsible for keeping our off grid property running and taking care of our two kids while he's gone. This shift was his first since moving here, so I was pretty nervous about being alone and handling everything.
