If you've been around real estate investing for more than a few weeks you've probably gotten the impression that it's not always sunshine and rainbows.
I got an email from a real estate investor that heard me speak at a conference thanking me for being open and honest. My talk was a bit less (lambos and leases) and a bit more raw.
He shared with me that his first flip turned into a negative cashflow Brrrr deal. Wait... that's not supposed to happen.
His second flip... is still months out from completion and will result in a $2030,000 loss.
These were his lessons.
