The plaintiff got pregnant with the defendant’s child when she was 15 years old. Later on, the defendant dated her friend and even proposed to her in front of the plaintiff. Their child was born with a club foot and needed multiple surgeries. She’s suing for unpaid child support. The defendant admits he started paying child support late but only because his name wasn’t on their son’s birth certificate.
