Physical training can be a challenge to fit into any schedule, but it’s even more challenging when life gets super busy.

My days are usually very chaotic and unpredictable, yeah I find ways to fit in physical training most every day. The key isn’t too trying to force yourself to follow a strict diet or exercise program in the name of “discipline “ . It’s about understanding what’s most important for you and then adapting your diet exercise habits to maintain alignment with your priorities while working with your circumstances.
