Do you struggle to properly turn and rotate in your swing, and find yourself early extending? In this video I'll show you a different pattern to create flexion and rotation in transition and quiet down that standing up move in the downswing. You'll see how to start turning hips and stop thrusting them towards the ball! Many students I see lower early off the ball, turning in the wrong bends which sets them up to create a more over the top pattern. This often requires more squaring of the club face and early extension to help shallow out the golf club late into the strike. We also take a look at the Jon Rahm swing to see what impact elements he creates to become the top player he is.
