I installed a mod from the workshop, purchased the map, and played leisurely.

I thought the December 1st patch was a stabilization patch, but it was a bomb. The game, which had become slightly more stable in the previous patch, has become really unstable, so I'm playing the game worrying about crashes.

When I enter the international city level or higher, it takes a long time to save the game, so I turn off autosave, but the thrill of it is huge due to the anxiety of when it will be rolled back.

It's just sad that road problems, grid problems, terrain editing problems, and various problems that occur when switching functions have not been properly resolved yet.

The strengths of the game are the industrial/economic aspects, but it's just sad to see the UI and game design that completely negates those strengths.

Is this really hopeless?

Anyway, I'm planning to roughly fill in the map and finish it, so the next part will be the finish, but it's also sad that it's impossible to appreciate the entire city because a distant view is impossible.
