I finally completed the Via Alpina in Switzerland! After 18 days on the trail, I concluded my final stage at Kandersteg, climbing Hohtürli pass and stopping for a swim in the beautiful mountain lake, Oescheninsee.

This summer, I started my great adventure across Switzerland: hiking the Via Alpina green trail. As this year's Via Alpina Explorer, I hiked 260km across Switzerland from Sargans to Kandersteg, climbing 15 000m over 9 alpine passes. I hiked every other weekend since June, leading to an eightday August hike. It was full of wild camping, Swiss culture, and physical challenges.
