Hilda finds a little dollhouse that she thinks will make a nice home for Alfur. But handling the door puts a spell on Hilda. When she wakes up the next day, she finds herself shrunken down to elf size! She asks for Frida to help her with magic, but to no avail. Her only option is to get some training with the help of Alfur, Frida, David, Twig, and her mother Johanna so she can survive being a tiny girl in a big world.
