Ilish/ Hilsa: 5 Pc. (300 gm)
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp

To prepare rice:

Bayleaves : 2
Nutmeg (jayphal) : 1
Mace (javitri) : 2 pieces
Black cardamom : 1

To fry the fish and masala:
Oil : 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Onion paste : 2 tbsp

green chilies : 4 slited
Yogurt (beaten) : 3 tbsp
Kashmiri Red chili powder : 2 tsp
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
Biryani masala : 2 tsp
jayphal javitri powder : 1/4 tsp
Milk : 1 cup
Assembling ingredients:
Fried onion : 1 cup
saffron mik (soak the
10 saffron strands in
warm 2 tbsp milk)
