People are running a lot more these days with gyms closed, and the number one problem we see with runners is hip and knee control issues causing pain in the hip and knee. This is mostly use to a weakness and control problem in the hips, which then overflows to the knee region. Internal rotation control loss and pelvic drop in a one leg squat is so common and if you are a runnner it's something I recommed you work on and get right to help you now and prevent future injuries when pounding the pavement this year.
