Hirschhorn (Neckar) is a country town in the Bergstrasse district of southern Hesse. It is located in the Hessian Odenwald and in the Neckar Valley, together with the neighboring Neckarsteinach to the southwest, forms the southernmost part of Hesse. Hirschhorn is part of the BergstrasseOdenwald GeoNature Park.
Hirschhorn borders in the north on the municipality of Heddesbach and the town of Eberbach (district of Brombach) (both RheinNeckar district in BadenWürttemberg) and the town of Oberzent (districts of OberHainbrunn and Kortelshütte, Odenwaldkreis), in the east on the core town of Eberbach, in the south to the municipality of Schönbrunn (RheinNeckar district) and the city of Neckarsteinach and in the west to the unincorporated area of ​​Michelbuch and the cities of Neckarsteinach and Schönau (RheinNeckar district).
