Two hundred years after the first discovery of the Tyranids, a second major Hive Fleet hit the Imperium. But Hive Fleet Kraken was a lot harder to defeat than Behemoth had been, because its roots were spread ahead of it by cults lurking in the darkness across the Eastern Fringe.
