HobbyZone Duet RTF RC Airplane Unbox & Flight Review

The HobbyZone Duet is a truly ready to fly (RTF) RC model airplane this comes with everything needed to fly, right out of the box.

The Duet comes completely assembled. The Duet has twin electric motors, radio receiver, electronic speed control, a 2.4 GHz transmitter, the four AA batteries needed for the transmitter, a flight lipo rechargeable battery, and even a lipo charger built into the transmitter.

The Duet uses three channels for flight control. A conventional elevator for pitch, and throttles for the two engines. Unique for the Duet is a differential power system for turns in flight. This flight control aspect is covered in detail in the video.

The Duet flies great. It is lightweight, responsive and just handles well. The only thing you need to be a bit careful about is the wind. Calm winds are best of the Duet, at least the initial flights.

Everything needed for flight right out of the box. You cannot go wrong with this neat little RC flyer.
