It's the holiday season, which can be a really challenging time of year to eat healthy and maintain our health gains.

In this video, I'm going to share an entire list of "holiday hacks" that will help you navigate holiday meals and parties without backsliding on your progress.

Here are a few of the tips I cover in the video:
Track your food (people eat 33% less when they write down what they're eating)
Downsize your plate
Get active at gatherings and parties
Chew gum while preparing food to avoid frequent "tasting"
Focus on your "why" daily (we call this your "THIN" in the 2030 program)
When headed to a party, consider eating before you go
Fill up on protein and veggies at parties
