Bernie is a little terrier puppy that was rescued from the county shelter with a dramatic case of hydrocephalus. Luckily, the rescue brought him to SEVN where he was diagnosed and treated by our compassionate team of experts. After a long journey that included surgery, Bernie pulled through and was adopted into his forever family.
