for 7 alfajores approx.

100 gr butter | soft unsalted butter
90 gr powdered sugar | glass
1 egg
1 tsp coconut essence
200 gr flour 0000 | loose or allpurpose
20 gr corn starch
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

150 gr powdered sugar | glass
1 and 1/2 tbsp powdered milk
15 gr butter | soft unsalted butter
1/4 tsp coconut essence
20 gr milk
