Another one of Cody's favourites and just in time for your garden season! On today's episode I make a simple yet delicious appetizer that truly doesn't even make it to the table in this house lol

Ingredients:
(2) Ciabatta Baguettes or (1) French baguette
For the basting oil:
(3) Tbsp Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(1/2) Tsp dried/fresh parsley
(1/2) Tsp Salt and Pepper
(1/2) Tsp of Garlic Powder

Tomato Topping:
(2) Cups of Sweet Cherry Tomatoes (or dice your favourite tomatoes)
(2) Tbsps of Fresh Chopped Basil
(1/2) Tsp Minced Garlic
(1/2) Tsp Salt Pepper

After you have assembled them you can add a drizzle of balsamic glaze (Optional)
