I make brushless dc motor from 220 volts ac 1hp induction motor .
First remove stator winding , tool on rotor to decrease diameter for size to fix the magnets .

Then make new winding for brushless motor for 24 slots winding pattern is ABC (ABC×8=24).
Fix neodymium magnets with epoxy resin on rotor . rotor is 16 poles , i use 2 magnets for 1 pole , total 32 magnets .

Motor will operate at 48 volts.
Brushless motor can use in ebike , electric vehicles etc
