Homemade condensed milk
250 ml milk (8.9 fl. oz, 2.63.2% fat)
250 ml cream (8.9 fl. oz, 3035% fat)
100 g sugar (3.6 oz)
vanilla or vanilla sugar (optional)
Prepare the condensed milk:
1. Place all ingredients in a heavybottomed saucepan, stir to combine.
2. Place over medium heat and simmer with constant stirring for 2530 minutes until desired thickness of condensed milk.
3. Cool.
