Gambas is pretty popular as a snack for a drink these days
I’ll show you how to make gambas at home today!

Gambas Al Ajillo

[Ingredients]

10 (100g) large cocktail shrimps (2630)
15 cloves (75g) garlic
4 (80g) button mushrooms
6 (60g) cherry tomatoes
5 (2g) Vietnamese peppers
1 cup (180ml) olive oil
1/5 tbsp (3g) flavoring salt
Pepper
Parsley
Baguette or plain bread

[Directions]

1. Toast a baguette or plain bread in a pan.
2. Clean the shrimp, crush the garlic, and cut the button mushrooms into fourths.
3. Remove the stem of cherry tomatoes, rinse, and cut into halves.
4. Add the olive oil to the pan, and infuse the oil with crushed garlic, Vietnamese peppers, and flavoring salt over medium heat. Fry until the garlic turns golden.
5. Add the shrimp, button mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes and cook until the shrimp are cooked.
6. Put the gambas in a bowl and sprinkle some pepper and parsley to finish.
7. Serve the gambas with toasted baguette or plain bread.
