Today's pizza recipe is very quick since it doesn’t require overnight rising in the fridge. This means you can enjoy the wonderful taste of Italian pizza at home the very same day. In this video, I show you how to make this deliciousness yourself — it’s all incredibly easy .

I will show a quick version — Margherita pizza. I also made a pizza with salami, arugula, and ricotta.

Ingredients:

Flour (00): 450 g
Fresh yeast: 6 g (1 teaspoon) or instant dry yeast: 2 g
Water: 330 ml
Salt: 11 g
Olive oil
Semola for shaping the pizza (or cornmeal/rice flour)
Pizza toppings (tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil, etc.)
Instructions: Bake at the highest possible temperature (at least 250°C).

I’ve shown the pizza with fresh yeast here, but you can easily substitute with instant dry yeast (2 g).

Pizza Sauce: Crush whole canned tomatoes. Add salt to taste. And that’s it — so simple and delicious .
