ঈদউলফিতর ২০২০ এর ঈদ স্পেশাল আয়োজনে আমার আজকের রেসিপি ডালডা/বাটার ছাড়াই দোকানের মতো পারফেক্ট লাচ্ছা সেমাই।

আমাদের দেশে ঈদে মিষ্টিমুখ করা বলতে সবার আগে যে খাবারটির নাম আসে সেটা হলো সেমাই। ঈদের দিনে হাজার পদ বানানো হলেও সেমাইয়ের একটা পদ সেখানে থাকবেই , হোক সেটা ভার্মিচিলি বা লাচ্ছা..! কিন্তু আজকাল বিভিন্ন নিউজে এই সেমাই তৈরির যে পক্রিয়া দেখাচ্ছে , তাতে আর কেনা সেমাই খেতে একদমই মন মানে না। অসাস্থ্যকর নোংরা পরিবেশে বানানো ঐসব ভেজাল সেমাই খাবার থেকে একটু নিজে বানিয়ে নিলেই বরং ভালো। ভার্মিচিলি সেমাই ঘরে বানানো খুব সহজ না হলেও খুব সহজেই সাধারণ কিছু উপাদান দিয়ে আপনি নিজেই ঘরে বানিয়ে রাখতে পারেন লাচ্ছা সেমাই।

উপকরণ :

ময়দা দেড় কাপ
পানি ১/২ কাপ (৮ থেকে ৯ টেবিল চামচ )

শর্টেনিং /ডালডা/ ঘি/ বাটার/ ১/২ কাপ
সয়াবিন তেল ১/২ কাপ
কর্নফ্লাওয়ার ১/৩ কাপ
বাজার জন্য তেল/ ঘি প্রয়োজনমতো
