My homemade meatballs are pretty easy to make. You can use them for subs, pasta, pizza or just eat them by themselves.

For Meatballs

1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 of a medium onion chopped
3 to 4 cloves of garlic minced, 6 if you LOOOOVE garlic
1 cup of fine grated parm
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 egg
2 spoons of marinara sauce
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

For Sandwich Assembly
Sub rolls, I use Italian style
Giardiniera
Marinara sauce
Provolone Cheese
Fresh Basil
