The taste of this homemade strawberry ice cream without condensed milk is better than store bought ice cream that you like to taste in summer. in this ice cream recipe, I have used fresh strawberry but you can use frozen strawberry also. As strawberry can curdle the cream, do not add the strawberry directly to whipping cream. To avoid curdle formation in the cream at first the strawberry was mixed with the cornstarch mixture in this recipe.
