I'll show you how you can make your own broth from fresh vegetables so that you no longer have to buy the finished product from the supermarket. It can also be varied with other vegetables/herbs.

Recipe:
5 carrots
3 onions
1/2 celeriac
2 cloves of garlic
1 stalk of leek
Half a bunch of parsley
3 tbsp salt
pepper
1 tsp sugar
Some nutmeg
