Thank you to all the owners and staff in the shop. Everyone was highly cooperative, willing to redo demonstrations for me if my filming wasn't good enough.

There are many young staff in the store. I later found out it's the venture of four young bosses.

I think it's amazing that they can achieve such results for the first time when they start a business! And I even filmed something new for me using volcanic rock instead of charcoal for roasting duck.

Here's my honest review of the cherry roast duck three ways:
1. Sliced duck: I really liked the crispy skin which was evenly roasted all over. Although I didn't find it to be the crispiest I've had.
2. Stirfried duck bones: I enjoyed the flavor, though it was a bit mild. I finished it at home right away because the mildness made it easy to eat without needing lots of drinks. However, I felt it lacked a bit of uniqueness.
3. Fried duck bones: Honestly, it's the bestfried duck bones I've ever had! It's incredibly unique and the meat wasn't dried out. The seasoning was also adjusted perfectly. It's hard to find any faults.

Overall, it has a premium feel but at an affordable price. I highly recommend it!
