My first Honkai: Star Rail centric discussion, and it's already a rant. I feel like I've been doing lots of critical rants lately, but there just feels like there's so much to talk about with all these games, and this topic is one of them in my opinion.

I love HSR. The characters are lovable, the story is decent, and the voice acting is actually just incredible. Literally some of the best voice acting ever for a game of this kind.

Which is why it's so painful that the voice lines for Ultimate abilities in this game are so limited. And by so limited, I mean there's only one line per character. With all the amazing talent voicing these characters in story and otherwise, I'd kill to have more ultimate voice lines. I feel this quickly diminishes the novelty of the one voice line the characters do have, despite the gameplay itself still holding solid. But is it laziness on the company's part? Or is it possible that a decision like this could be by design? I let you know what I think here.
