* The process is tricky, it does take an incredible amount of patience and teamwork. I had three people helping, one held the camera and the twisted rope on the jig, the other two used the tire irons. I've seen one person handle the task the used their knees and it was a crazy one person workout. The trick is when you are stretching the new tire on, just when it feels like the tire is going to snap, it somehow works. We replaced 6 tires using this method all tires all are working great to this day...best of all no flats!
