During the seven years of Horizon2020 programme, the European Commission has helped improve waterborne transport through more than 56 H2020 funded projects in three main areas:

Zeroemission waterborne transport
Competitive, connected and automated waterborne transport
Safe and secure waterborne transport

The Waterborne Transport workshop on 7 February 2022 is aimed at presenting the results of seven years investments in Research, Development, Innovation and Deployment towards smart, green and integrated waterborne transport in the framework of Horizon 2020.

The workshop is organised by the STEERER project, CINEA and DG RTD of the European Commission.
