A couple weeks ago I milled a keyway on the Bridgeport knee mill, this week I change it up and finish all the shafts on the Cincinnati 2ML Horizontal Mill.

Horizontal milling has many advantages and is definitely worth doing as much as possible. The biggest advantage is chip evacuation, since the milling surface is vertical, the chips fall right out.
