Fillo dough 250 grams / 9 oz
Feta cheese 200 grams / 7 oz
Butter 150 grams / 5 oz
Eggs 3 pcs.
Yogurt 250 grams / 9 oz
Carbonated water 150 ml
Method of preparation
First, we prepare the mixture that we will add as a filling to the crusts.
Crush the cheese in a bowl, add the yogurt, eggs, vegetable oil and carbonated water.
Grease the pan generously with oil.
Grease the first sheet of phyllo dough with butter, turn it over the second, place the filling and roll it up.
We proceed in the same way with the rest of the crusts.
Arrange the patties in the pan and brush them with butter and beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 25 minutes.
