In this video I'm going to share super spongy chocolate hot milk cake recipe. This is also popularly known as hot milk chocolate cake with simple chocolate ganache. So do try this at home & enjoy with your friends & family.

Hot Milk Chocolate Cake ingredients :
for the cake:
milk 1/2 cup
butter 2 tbsp
2 eggs room temperature ( substitute: curd or condensed milk 1/2 cup)
sugar1/2 cup
cooking oil 1/4 cup (substitute : butter same measurement)
flour (maida) 3/4 cup
cocoa powder 1/4cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
some grated chocolate – optional

#baking mould size 7"x4"#
baking time : bake in 10 mins preheated pan & cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
