UK House Prices in SHOCK move as ASKING PRICES for top of ladder properties FALL over £30,000 in just ONE MONTH! The UK housing market CRASH continues to gather momentum as new sellers finally begin to wake up and price their properties realistically.

For the past year, Nationwide and Halifax have regularly reported monthly house price falls while at the same time, Rightmove reported that asking prices were increasing. As we come to the end of 2023, this trend has now reversed with Rightmove reporting asking prices dropping sharply while Nationwide and Halifax report month on month price increases.
