Walmart was selling these online for less than $200. The specs were decent so I ordered one. I weigh about 210lbs and have been using this thing to go get groceries.

I hit a noticeable half life on the battery around 3 miles. GPS speedometer finds me going around 1012mph most of the time while the led constantly reads 16mph incorrectly.

It feels slow.

The first time i took this thing out the throttle got stuck on and the brakes would not respond. After this happened i took the bottom panel off the deck to inspect the wiring. i didn't see any problems other than they were packed in pretty tight.. i unraveled them and retucked them. Since doing so i have not experienced any defects.

I plan on modifying this scooter by adding a 3 position switch (center off). I will run power from the original battery pack and a new secondary battery pack through the switch so that i can extend my range. Most folks put them in parallel which is easier.. but my approach will give me a kill switch and I won’t need to match the size of the batteries.

I read lots of complaints about flat tires on these. I haven't experienced one riding on paved surfaces only. I will slime the tire(s) if i do.
