Airbnb should share in the responsibility for their temporary tenants that become squatters. The Brentwood squatter was there for almost two years asking for $100,000 and Airbnb should have assisted in the removal process and expenses since they are responsible for screening and placement. Serial squatter Elizibeth is out now but I’m hoping for changes to help prevent new squatters from using Airbnb and companies alike to gain access.
