In Super Smash Bros Melee, the low tiers are considered very bad. Mainly because of how difficult it can be for them to preform at the highest level of the Meta (or even any level at all). The point of this video is do a speculative forecast if the characters can get out of the "LowTier" and even go up a couple spots possibly.
