In Central Government & State Government most of Charge Sheets are issued against the employees in very casual manner. Because of these pending charge sheets department are detaining promotions of the employee and after retirement benefits of the employee such as gratuity etc. The employees feel harassed because of such practice. Therefore it is requested to authorities to address this issue.
