Why we need your help

Right now, the cost of living crisis is seeing the UK's most vulnerable horses suffer in greater numbers than ever. Our latest TV advert highlights the appalling suffering of hundreds of horses across the UK, showing terrible situations and featuring real horses who we have been able to help thanks entirely to donations.

In recent weeks we have seen a 43% increase in welfare enquiries and as a result our four Rescue and Rehoming Centres are already at capacity.
Much of what our dedicated Field Officers face happens out of public view with horses suffering needlessly because of lack of food and proper care. The persistent poor weather means that we aren’t expecting it to get any better any time soon as horses struggle in mudsoaked fields with little grazing. Please can you help today?

Our TV advert features Seamus, the Clydesdale horse who was found so emaciated, Seema our Field Officer who went to his aide called him a ‘giant skeleton’. Alongside Seamus are other appalling cases of neglect and abuse, all of whom we could only have reached thanks to the help of people who care about horses.
