While working with Service Canada, I assisted the training coordinator for Adobe Analytical training for our clients from numerous departments. The first task was to finish the whole training myself so that I can confidently assist him with the training session or help any client with accessing the adobe analytical software. Moreover, in the adobe software, I was managing all the adobe analytical accounts (approximately 1000+) of our clients to ensure the successful delivery of training sessions.

While working with SSC, I was assigned the task to track the organization's key performance indicators and visualize the success of all the services that were provided by the department. During this project, I learned and enhanced my skills on various data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. In the end, I was able to develop a dashboard using the tools and track the KPIs of our organization. Not only that, but the dashboard also showcased the poor performance of a few services that needed to be changed.
