Please throw a like on this video and subscribe to the channel. Also, please please PLEASE head over to Twitch and follow my channel over there. I do a weekly livestream every Sunday at 7:45 pm (Texas time) to play some games and to chat with anyone who comes by about the law, life as a lawyer, or whatever else y’all want to chat about. So come by, ask some questions, and hang out.

A good ole’ fashioned lie detector test used to be all you needed to break a criminal case wide open. Not anymore. In fact, polygraph results are typically not usable in court for pretty much any reason. So why do they still exist? What do lawyers use them for? Let’s discuss.
