The Schroth Method is normally associated with scoliosis treatment, but it is also a great way to treat Kyphosis! Actually, I think kyphosis even responds better to Schroth training than scoliosis and this conservative treatment should be provided more often.

Please DO NOT just do these at home! Every Kyphosis patient is different, and you should be assessed and then instructed by a Schroth trained Physical Therapist!
