storytime on how having international friends influences your life. In 2016, I was in the process of getting my master's degree which was in the UK. This was my first time having South Korean friends because I was obsessed with Kpop so I joined a South Korean club in my uni. Being the only black girl and nonKorean in the club I had the most interesting experiences, from culture shocks to surprises I was not prepared for, I share all of them in this storytime.
